Sektörün önde gelen ve köklü firmalarından TEVER AĞAÇ SAN.TİC. .A.Ş' nin KASTAMONU ENTEGRE tarafından satınalınması süreci, Rekabet Kurulu'nun 06.04.2007 tarihli onayı ile kesinleşmiş olup 16 Nisan 2007 tarihi itibariyle de üretime başlanmıştır. 2004 yılında ilave edilen 1.000 m3/gün kapasiteli yeni Dieffenbacher CPS-Conti Power System (Sürekli imalat sistemi) tesisi ile birlikte fabrika, günlük 1.200 m3 Yonga levha ve melamin kaplı yonga levha üretim kapasitesine ulaşmıştır. Bununla birlikte sektörde pazara en yakın tesislerden birisi konumundadır. Bu satınalmanın ülkemize ve sektörümüze hayırlı olmasını dileriz. ======================================================= Tever Agac, which has been founded in 1970 in Istanbul was one the first chipboard producers in Turkey. Recently, in year 2004, a new Dieffenbacher CPS Conti Power System was installed and together with the old line, the theoretical production capacity was increased to 1200 cbm/day. However, due to tough competition in the market, high production costs and low markups, the financial stability of Tever was lost and the company had problems of operating capital recently.. As a result, after negotiations, all shares of TEVER have been acquired in March 2007 by KASTAMONU. TEVER PLANT has started production within April, under the know-how, and operating capital provided by KASTAMONU after a few months of stoppage.
